I talked about how I was going to start being domestic especially in the kitchen here and you can find there recipe that I used to make this tasty bad boys here.
I loooooove me some fried pickles and I don't know if it is a southern thing but I can't seem to find them anywhere when I go out to eat up here in southern PA/northern WV. And now I don't have to. They made a great snack or dinner or only meal of the day as there were for me tonight.
Just don't tell my boyfriend I made them. I ate them all and didn't leave him any to try. He doesn't know I can cook. I even did all the dishes aka unloaded and loaded the dishwasher so he couldn't tell I had been in the kitchen except to clean :-) shhhhhhh
