Game Day is Better than Christmas Day

Last night many went to bed with footballs dancing in their head. In honor of College Football Season starting today and my favorite team, WVU playing in their first home game of the season, I am sharing some of my favorite pictures from games.

Luckily we both love WVU or there is no way our relationship would have worked. This may have been our favorite thing to do but now that we live in SC, it is a lot harder to get to games.

I definitely love my WVU clothes though. I mean just look at that hat and headband! LOVE!

My favorite sandals ( I even wore them in my wedding!)

Have you ever found the perfect shoe? Or in this case the perfect sandal? I think I could own a pair of Jack Rogers every color! And I am well on my way! Once you break these in, you never want to take them off! You literally can wear them with anything; dresses, jeans, shorts, skirts. Dress them up, dress them down. They are perfect! Run out and get a pair now! Actually don't run anywhere. Sit there in your PJs like I am and order online! Speaking of online ordering, who ever thought of it is a genius!

Check out some of my favorites!

The Georgica Sandal. These are my favorite style!

I just ordered these and can't wait to get them!

I wore these lovelies in my wedding and danced the night away!

And these aren't sandals but I just ordered these flats too and I can't wait to wear them for events!

Have you tried Jack Rogers? What are your favorite styles?

Sneak Peak Starting Monday Jan 26!

SNEAK PEAK ALERT!
Ever wonder what I am posting about all the time? what I do every day? Being a Beachbody Coach has given me my life back in so many ways. I was working 50+ hours a week in a job with no self-gratification. I loved my staff but no one above me cared about what I did or the impact I wanted to make. I now have time to plan my wedding, have ME TIME with my Fiance!, and coupon to save us even more money! I get to work from home and share with others how this amazing program has made me feel! I loved the gym but I saw no results. I had migraine after migraine and medicine didn't help. Shakeology and the 21 Day Fix transformed the way I worked out. I get to eat REAL FOOD! I still get to drink WINE and eat CHOCOLATE and see amazing RESULTS!! What a great progrom! I was skeptical at first too, but I trusted my sister Chelsea Brownfield and saw her results first hand, and then my own. Now I am loving my life and i know she is loving hers!

Follow My Page on Facebook

Check out my fitness page on Facebook. You will find posts on nutrition, working out, and food and cooking tips. I am no chef by any means but if I eat I try to make it healthy. So I am taking our favorite meals and making them better for us. My page will also have posts on career and wedding blurbs and tips. Lots of everyday info and advice. I try to keep it interesting and informative. Pages are nice to have on Facebook because they are similar to blogging. You can schedule posts and keep track of how many people read each post. It definitely helps!

And now that I got a new Macbook Air, I plan on having lots of social media updates. I love this thing. It weighs absolutely nothing and I love having a keyboard. I love my iPad, don't get me wrong but it is hard to type very long on it. I have missed my keyboard. My old Macbook's power cord met an unfortunate death when a puppy was teething. I was sad for months.

OK, this is a short post, but just saying you should follow me :)

My clothes are falling off.... literally!

If you were unsure about my posts on Shakeology and my different fitness programs, I understand! I wouldn't have believed it either if I hadn't seen my sister's results, our friends, and now myself! My clothes are looser! And some of them don't fit anymore! And if your worried about losing in the wrong places, don't! I didn't lose any in the chest area! I now have my some clothes from my closet listed for sale on Poshmark. Have you heard of it? It's great. You take pictures and list the details of your items and price them. Poshmark takes a small percentage but it alleviates the stress of wondering if you would be paid or not. They take responsibility for that. It is also a great place to find super cute items to add to your own closet. They have gently used items as well as new with tags items. There is an app for download too so it's easy to check in to see if there is any comments or if you have sold anything. Check out my closet and see if there is anything you like!

Here is one of my pictures of my pants now too big. Crazy right?

There's 4-5 inches of space at least. It was hard to get a good picture. But I can pull them completely off when they are zipped and buttoned.

PIYO = Pilates + Yoga

I'm down a size in my shorts! Yay! Not only have I lost weight but I have lost over 5 inches off my waist and hips EACH! Crazy huh? Guess what? I did it in only 21 days. I've never been overweight but I'm in the food and beverage industry and a French fry here and a piece of bread there adds up. Eventually my pants got tighter and tighter. The thought of putting on a bikini this summer was dreadful. Then my cousin told me about this program she started doing to lose weight and get healthy for her wedding. She was looking great! When I would spend time with her, I would eat like she was and I would enjoy it. So between slowly changing my eating habits and watching her transformation, I was hooked. I wanted to see what it could do for me! I knew in the first week I wanted to be a coach. I was so inspired that I wanted to share my experience with people. I went from being tired and lethargic all the time to getting up early and being so happy all the time! I feel great! And I feel great about my body!

As you know I recently became a Beachbody Coach. Best decision ever. I love Shakeology and the 21 Day Fix (more on that later). What I am so excited to share with you today is Beachbody's new program that just came out called PIYO by Chalene Johnson. I can't wait for a workout that is made to help me lose weight AND build LEAN muscles. Don't forget flexibility. This program is good for beginners and extreme enthusiasts. Right now if you sign up through a coach you not only can save $70 but you be apart of the first challenge groups. When the last new program came out 21 Day Fix) it sold out THREE TIMES before I could get. PIYO isn't available to the general public yet either!

Shakeology. What is it? The healthiest meal of the day! I love this stuff. I have less migraines. I have less stomach issues. Less cravings for unhealthy food. I'm full longer. I have more energy! And it is clinically proven to cause weight loss, lower cholesterol, and lower blood sugar. And guess what?!?!! It's delicious!!! It tastes like a milkshake! My favorites are peanut butter banana and banana blueberry. Yummmmmm. Shakeology in many flavored such as vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, green berry, tropical strawberry vegan,  and chocolate vegan.

The best part about PIYO? Try it. Don't like it? Return it for your money back. The best part about Shakeology? Try it. Try all of it. Don't like your results? RETURN IT! For ALL of your money!!! That's how strongly they feel about their products!!!

The time has come my friend...

I know I know, I fell of the face of the earth again. But I come back bearing lots of stories!!!! And it would be too easy to tell them all at once so I will have plenty to write about for awhile. If only I had time to blog. When I get the urge to, it's about 4 am and I am laying in bed wide awake. The boyfriend is soundly snoring next to me and I don't think he would appreciate the click click click click of the keys as I type. It's no different then when I am trying to sleep and I hear all the lovely sounds from his games on his phone such as candy crush (yes we are both quite addicted!). right honey? You may be wondering why I am awake at 4 am. Here is my first earth shattering news... I GOT A NEW JOB. Yes, it is true. I left beautiful and unique Nemacolin Woodlands Resort... to move across their property to their newly opened Lady Luck Nemacolin. The casino is owned by Isle of Capri who has casinos all over the midwest but it is still located on our property and Nemacolin still owns the land and gaming license.

I opened a casino... wow I never thought I would say that. But I went through months of preparations, planning, hiring, and training and then on July 1st we opened to the public. And I was deathly ill. Go figure. It was probably all the hours spent into getting everything ready. But it was worth it. I am one of three F&B supervisors that run the whole F&B show. We are in charge of the bars, bartenders, bar backs, beverage servers, the grab n go that servers hot food 24/7, and the restaurant servers and hosts. And 95% of the time there is only one of us there at a time. Needlessly to say there is never a dull moment. Which is exactly what I was asking for. I love being busy so the time goes by quickly.

I of course work the grave shift, either 7p-3am or 4:30p-2:30am. Ugh I know. Especially when at my old job, I had to be at work at 6am. Complete change right? It took some getting used to but now I don't mind it. There is always plenty to keep me busy at night and something interesting usually happens before the night is over. I have gotten to know a lot of supervisors and managers in other departments and they are great on that shift.

Stay tuned to hear about my family vacation with the mother in law... it was our first and our last...
