No really I did... I had been dating this guy on and off and on and off and ON and OFF for like four years. Maybe longer. It felt like forever. Ever been in one of those? Anyways I told myself I was going to be perfectly fine living in Charlotte by myself (and my roommate) and we should GET A PUPPY. Why do you ask? Because puppies solve everything? And maybe I thought every time I would think about getting back with my ex I would look into my puppy dogs eyes and remember I wasn't going to do that anymore... or maybe I shouldn't DATE AT ALL!! (that didn't last long shhhhh). But this isn't about all that. This is about my adorable Maltese I decided to call Bella (yes the Twilight phase was big HUGE then BUT I also wanted a super cute name for puppy that I wouldn't regret using up later down the road if I had a baby girl). Bella is 2.5 years old and spoiled rotten by her grandma and grandpa. She used to listen really well until she spent wayyyy too much time with them :) As soon as she gets up in the mornings she loves to come jump on my bed and wake me up and then curl up and go back to sleep FOR THE REST OF THE DAY. She is one lazy lap dog. And she thinks she should get to put her head on your pillow or her whole body which ever she can get away with. Many morning I have woken up with her plopping down on my head because she was trying to steal my pillow! They say dogs can take after my owners and I couldn't agree more! She won't go outside at all if it's raining and hates to go if it's cold. If she hears an egg crack in the kitchen she has to have one scrambled for herself. She knows when we are trying to be sneaking and get something by her like her. I have one smart dog. I either read or heard someone say that once you have a baby you dog becomes just a dog. NO WAY! Bella will always be my first born! The whole family calls her my child or the grandchild. She has a condo, a travel kennel, 3 beds, and a ton of toys (even though she likes plastic bottles and random household items better).

I have a cockapoo but everyone thinks he is a maltese. I love that guy. Dogs are the best!! I already love bella. I just want to snuggle with her.
